What it does
A workbook that compares what your team has time for against what is already on their plate. You list the people, the working days and the work, and it shows capacity, workload, free hours and used capacity for every person across twelve months. It also tells you which month is the busiest, which is usually the number you need before you say yes to one more project. The point is that it works with the time that is really left. You enter net hours per day, so holidays, sick days, training and general admin are already taken out. Meetings are entered as work, because they are.
